Yes — creating an account and running events costs nothing. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and no feature gates. The only charge is a small platform fee on paid ticket revenue, deducted automatically via Stripe Connect. Free events are completely free, always.
EventMann's platform fee is 3% on paid tickets. Your payment processor (Stripe) also charges their standard rates — typically around 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. These processor fees are separate and shown on your Stripe dashboard.
Yes. In your ticket settings you can choose whether the platform fee is absorbed by you or added on top of the ticket price for buyers to pay. This setting is configurable per ticket type.
