Where Are My Tickets?

Attendee Guide

Once your booking is confirmed, your tickets are available in several places. This guide helps you locate your tickets, understand your QR codes, and know what to bring to the event.

1. Confirmation Email

Immediately after a successful purchase, a confirmation email is sent to the email address associated with your EventMann account. This email includes:

  • Your booking reference (format: BK-XXXXXXXX)
  • Event name, date, time, and venue details
  • Your QR code ticket(s) as inline images
  • A link to view your full booking details on the platform

Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation email within a few minutes. Email providers like Gmail may also place it under the "Promotions" or "Updates" tab.

2. Dashboard → My Tickets

You can access all your tickets at any time from your account:

  1. Log in to your EventMann account.
  2. Go to your Dashboard and click "My Tickets" in the sidebar.
  3. You will see a list of all your bookings, sorted by date. Click any booking to see full details.

3. QR Code Display

Each ticket has a unique QR code that serves as your entry pass. At the event venue:

  1. Open your booking on your phone (via the dashboard or confirmation email).
  2. Show the QR code to the check-in staff at the entrance.
  3. The staff will scan your QR code to verify and check you in.

Tip: Save a screenshot of your QR code to your phone's photos for offline access. This way, you can show your ticket even without an internet connection at the venue.

4. Download PDF Ticket

For a printable version of your ticket:

  1. Go to My Tickets and open the booking.
  2. Click the "Download PDF" button.
  3. Print the PDF or save it on your device as a backup.

5. Resend Confirmation Email

If you cannot find your confirmation email:

  1. Go to My Tickets and open the booking.
  2. Click "Resend Confirmation" to receive a fresh copy of the confirmation email with your tickets.

What Is the Booking Reference?

Your booking reference (e.g. BK-A1B2C3D4) is a unique identifier for your order. Use it when:

  • Contacting the organizer about your booking
  • Checking in at the venue (staff can look up your booking by reference)
  • Contacting EventMann support for payment or ticket issues
