Welcome to EventMann's venue owner platform! As a venue owner, you can list your spaces, manage availability, handle booking requests, and connect with event organisers looking for the perfect location. This guide walks you through the essential first steps.

Follow these steps to set up your venue owner account and list your first venue:

  1. Register your account — visit the registration page and create your EventMann account. Select the venue owner option during setup to access venue management features.
  2. Complete your profile — navigate to Profile and enter your business name, contact details, and a description of your venue management company. If you're an individual owner, your personal details work fine.
  3. Add your first venue — click "My Venues" in the sidebar, then click "Add Venue". Follow the guided form to enter your venue's name, address, capacity, amenities, and photos.
  4. Set up availability — configure your venue's availability calendar so organisers know when your space is open for bookings.
  5. Set pricing — define your rental rates, service packages, and any seasonal pricing variations.

Tip: Venues with professional photos, detailed descriptions, and clear pricing receive significantly more booking inquiries. Invest time in making your listing comprehensive and visually appealing.

Once your venue is listed, it becomes discoverable by event organisers searching for spaces on the platform. You'll receive notifications when organisers send booking requests, and you can accept, decline, or negotiate terms directly through EventMann.
