Effective communication with event organisers is the foundation of a successful sponsorship. Whether you're negotiating package details, coordinating deliverables, or following up after an event, EventMann's messaging system keeps all your conversations organised and accessible.

Sending Messages

  1. Open My Sponsorships — click on any active or pending sponsorship to access the event details page.
  2. Click "Message Organizer" — this opens a direct conversation thread with the event organiser.
  3. Write your message — compose your message, attach files if needed (logo files, contracts, briefs), and click "Send".
  4. Track the conversation — all messages are threaded by event and timestamped for easy reference.

Negotiation Tips

When discussing sponsorship terms with organisers:

  • Be clear about your objectives — what do you want from the sponsorship (brand awareness, lead generation, product sampling)?
  • Ask for audience demographics before committing — ensure the event audience matches your target market
  • Request past event data — attendance figures, social media reach, and previous sponsor testimonials
  • Discuss custom deliverables — if standard packages don't fit, many organisers will create custom options
  • Confirm deadlines — know when to submit logo files, booth specs, and speaker bios

Following Up

After the event concludes:

  • Request a post-event report with attendance and engagement data
  • Share feedback on what worked well and what could be improved
  • Discuss renewal opportunities for future events
  • Thank the organiser for the partnership — strong relationships lead to better deals

Tip: Keep all sponsorship discussions within the platform messaging system. This creates a documented record that protects both parties and makes it easy to reference agreements during future negotiations.
