Venue Pricing

Setting the right price for your venue is a balance between maximising revenue and staying competitive in the marketplace. EventMann's pricing tools let you define rental rates, service add-ons, seasonal variations, and custom quotes — giving you full control over how you monetise your space.

Rental Rates

1. Navigate to your venue — go to My Venues, select the venue, and click "Pricing".
2. Set your base rate — choose a pricing model: per-hour, half-day (4 hours), full-day (8 hours), or per-event. Enter the amount.
3. Add minimum booking duration — set the minimum rental period (e.g. 2-hour minimum).
4. Define a deposit — set the booking deposit as a percentage of the total (e.g. 25%) or a flat amount.

Service Add-Ons

Organisers can add services to their venue booking at an additional cost:

• Catering (per-person pricing)
• AV equipment rental (flat fee)
• Additional parking (per-space pricing)
• Security staff (per-hour pricing)
• Cleaning crew (flat fee)
• Event coordinator (per-event pricing)

Configure add-on pricing in Services → Pricing for each service you offer.

Seasonal Pricing

Adjust your rates based on demand throughout the year:

1. Click "Add Season" on the Pricing page.
2. Define the date range (e.g. June 1 – September 30 for summer peak).
3. Set the rate adjustment — enter a percentage increase (e.g. +20% for peak season) or decrease (e.g. -15% for off-peak).
4. Save — seasonal rates are applied automatically when organisers request a quote for dates within the season.

Custom Quotes

For complex events or special requests, you can send custom quotes:

• Click "Send Quote" on any booking request
• Itemise all costs: rental, services, extras, and discounts
• The organiser receives the quote and can accept, negotiate, or decline
