How to Apply for Sponsorship
Found an event that aligns with your brand? Applying for sponsorship on EventMann is straightforward. This guide walks you through the full application process, from browsing events to receiving approval confirmation.
Follow these steps to submit a sponsorship application:
- Browse available events — go to Browse Packages from your sponsor dashboard. Use filters to narrow results by category, date, location, or budget range.
- Select an event — click on an event to view its sponsorship packages. Review the event description, expected attendance, target audience, and past performance data (if available).
- Choose a package — select the sponsorship tier that best fits your goals and budget. Review the full list of deliverables included in the package.
- Complete the application form — fill in your company details, describe why your brand is a good fit for the event, and outline any specific requirements or requests.
- Submit your application — click "Submit Application". The organiser will be notified immediately and will review your submission.
- Wait for approval — the organiser reviews applications and may contact you for further discussion. You'll receive an email notification when your application is approved or declined.
Important: Popular events fill sponsorship slots quickly, especially at higher tiers. Apply early to secure your preferred package. Platinum and Gold tiers are often limited to one or two sponsors per event.
After Approval
Once approved, the following happens:
- You receive a confirmation email with sponsorship details
- Payment instructions are sent (or invoiced through the platform)
- The organiser will contact you to coordinate deliverables (logo files, booth preferences, etc.)
- Your sponsorship appears in My Sponsorships with status "Active"
