Venue Services & Packages

Many organisers are looking for more than just a space — they want a venue that can provide additional services like catering, AV equipment, security, and parking. Creating service offerings and packages on EventMann lets you upsell these extras and provide a one-stop solution for event organisers.

Adding Individual Services

1. Navigate to your venue — go to My Venues, select the venue, and click "Services".
2. Click "Add Service" — choose a service category: Catering, AV Equipment, Parking, Security, Cleaning, Decoration, or Custom.
3. Describe the service — write a clear description of what's included. For example: "Full catering service including buffet setup, service staff, and cleanup for up to 200 guests."
4. Set pricing — choose a pricing model: flat fee, per-person, per-hour, or per-day. Enter the price and any minimum order requirements.
5. Save — the service appears on your venue listing and can be added to booking quotes.

Creating Service Packages

Bundle multiple services together at a discounted rate:

• Basic Package — venue rental + basic AV (microphone, projector)
• Standard Package — venue rental + full AV + parking
• Premium Package — venue rental + full AV + catering + security + dedicated event coordinator

1. Click "Create Package" on the Services page.
2. Name the package and write a description.
3. Select included services from your existing service list.
4. Set the package price — typically at a 10–20% discount compared to booking each service individually.
