Sponsorship deliverables are the tangible benefits you receive in exchange for your investment. Tracking what has been delivered — and what's still pending — ensures you get the full value of your sponsorship package. EventMann provides a deliverables dashboard that makes this easy to manage.

Common Deliverables

Depending on your sponsorship tier, deliverables may include:

  • Logo placement — your logo on the event website, email campaigns, social media posts, event signage, stage backdrops, and printed materials
  • Booth or exhibition space — a physical space at the venue to showcase your products, distribute materials, and engage with attendees
  • Programme mentions — your brand mentioned in the event programme, MC announcements, or welcome remarks
  • Digital exposure — banner ads on the event page, inclusion in email newsletters, and social media shout-outs
  • VIP access — complimentary tickets, backstage passes, or VIP lounge access for your team
  • Speaking slots — opportunities to present, join panels, or host workshops

Tracking Deliverables

  1. Open My Sponsorships — click on the active sponsorship to see the deliverables checklist.
  2. Review the status — each deliverable shows as "Pending", "In Progress", or "Completed" with timestamps.
  3. Upload proof — organisers can upload screenshots or photos as proof of delivery (e.g. a photo of your logo on stage signage).
  4. Flag issues — if a deliverable is missing or unsatisfactory, click "Report Issue" to notify the organiser.

Tip: Review your deliverables checklist before the event to ensure the organiser has your latest logo files, booth requirements, and speaker bios. Proactive communication prevents last-minute issues.
