Event Email Templates
Customise the emails attendees receive for each event. Go to Event → Manage → Email Templates.
Available Templates (14 types)
- Booking Confirmed / Pending / Approved / Rejected / Cancelled — order lifecycle emails
- Ticket Delivery — ticket PDF email
- Refund Processed — refund confirmation
- Waitlist Confirmed / Promoted — waitlist notifications
- Event Reminder (24h / 1h) — pre-event reminders
- Event Cancelled / Updated Notice — event change notifications
- Post-Event Follow-up — thank-you / survey email
Visual Email Designer
Each template includes a drag-and-drop block designer with: header, text, button, image, divider, spacer, alert, and footer blocks. Changes are per-event — they don't affect other events or the global defaults.

Use Preview to see the email as attendees will receive it, and Send Test to send a test email to yourself.
