Vendors with 100% complete profiles rank significantly higher in marketplace search results:
- Fill in every field: business name, description, contact info, address
- Upload a professional logo and cover photo
- Add certifications, insurance details, and years of experience
Add Portfolio Photos
Visual proof of your work is the most persuasive element of your profile:
- Navigate to your profile and click "Portfolio".
- Upload high-resolution photos from past events (minimum 5 photos recommended).
- Add captions describing the event, your role, and what you delivered.
- Feature your best work — drag photos to reorder and put your strongest images first.

The marketplace algorithm favours vendors with fast response times. Aim to respond to every inquiry within 24 hours. Your average response time is displayed on your profile and influences your search ranking.
