Understanding Sponsorship Tiers

Sponsor Guide

Most events on EventMann offer sponsorship in tiered packages, each providing a different level of visibility and engagement. Understanding what each tier includes helps you make informed decisions about where to invest your sponsorship budget for maximum return.

Standard Tier Structure

While organisers can customise their packages, most follow this standard four-tier model:

  • Bronze — entry-level sponsorship. Typically includes logo placement on the event website, a mention in email communications to attendees, and inclusion in the event programme. Ideal for smaller brands or first-time sponsors looking to test the waters.
  • Silver — mid-tier visibility. Includes everything in Bronze plus prominent logo placement on event signage, social media mentions, and a small booth or display area at the venue. Good for brands seeking moderate exposure.
  • Gold — premium sponsorship. Includes everything in Silver plus a larger booth, speaking opportunities or panel participation, branded materials in attendee welcome packs, and priority logo placement. Suited for brands wanting significant presence.
  • Platinum — title sponsorship. The highest level of visibility with exclusive category rights, main stage branding, VIP access for your team, dedicated press mentions, and co-branding on all event materials. Reserved for headline sponsors.

Comparing Packages

  1. Browse available packages — go to Browse Packages to see all sponsorship opportunities.
  2. Click "View Details" on any package to see the full list of deliverables, pricing, and availability.
  3. Compare side by side — select multiple packages and click "Compare" to view them in a comparison table.
  4. Check availability — some tiers are limited to one sponsor (e.g. Platinum is usually exclusive).

Tip: If the standard tiers don't quite fit your needs, contact the organiser through the messaging system. Many organisers are willing to create custom sponsorship packages tailored to your specific goals.
